D'Arezzo (Richard) of Coventry and Brian P. Reynolds of North Carolina; and his siblings, Robin Cote (Rick) of Plainfield, CT and Henry Castaldi (Fatima) of Plainfield, CT.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thomas's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
