He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foley and Blanche Foley; and his brothers, Butch, Danny and Shawn.
He is survived by: his children, Christy (Dominick), Nicholas, Danielle (Brian), Meredith (Jake), Kaitlyn (Nick) and William Jr.; and his sister Kathy (John). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
