He was predeceased by: his father William F. Vaughn. He is survived by: his mother Diane A. Vaughn (Munroe) of Warwick; his brother John Vaughn (Sheila) of Warwick; his sibling's children, Angela, Jonathan Vaughn, Joy and Jessie DeMello; and his cousin Bryan Munroe.
