He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Pettis and Beatrice Pettis; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ormerod; his children, Adam (Holly) and Katie (Ryan); his grandchildren, Haylen, Rylee and Liam; and his siblings, Herb, Lloyd, Pearl, Mary and Debbie. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Hope Health Hospice and Palliative Care at 1085 North Main St. Providence, RI 02904.
