With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred A. Lima Jr. of Cranston, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Alfred's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Alfred's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his mother Florence L. Lima (Silva); his grandson Craig Robinson, Jr.; and his sister Catherine Sutherland. He is survived by: his father Alfred A. Lima, Sr.; his wife Anita M. Lima (Bland); his sons, Hollis K. Lima of Clarksville, TN and Craig Robinson of Cranston, RI; and his sisters, Caroline Lima of Mt. Laurel, NJ., Olivia Peck of Mt. Laurel, NJ. and Arlene Pleasant of Mt. Laurel, NJ.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
