With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anthony Alviti of Cranston, Rhode Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anthony left this world on July 7, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta M. Alviti (Bouley); his parents, Silvio Alviti and Domenica "Margaret" Alviti (D'Ermo); his son Gary A. Alviti; and his siblings, Ernest Alviti, Alice Gambardelli, Anna Saccoccio, Angelina Marrapese and Rose Mottola.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Plante and Eileen Alviti. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861-2594). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aidan-St. Patrick Parish (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864-5510).
