He is survived by: his former wife Joan Vigeant; his children, Steven Vigeant (late Louise) of Smithfield, Michelle Low (Gary) of Warwick and Debbie Perrille of Johnston; his grandchildren, Steven Jr., Brittany, Alisha, Gary Jr., Erik and Ronnie; and his brother Armand Vigeant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
