He was predeceased by: his parents, Americo Cardi and Jeanette Cardi (Perrino); and his spouse Els Cardi (Verwaaijen). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Antonio Cardi (Lisa Pisaturo), Carolyn Ann Gardy (David), Ingrid Bennett (Rowland Bennett) and Karin Layman; his grandchildren, Sarah Gardy, Celeste Gardy, Noelle Cardi, Natasha Gallipeau, Jessica Gallipeau, Madison Bennett, Savannah Bennett, Christiana Layman and Cassandra Layman; and his siblings, Marianna Cardi Latour and Stephen A. Cardi. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
