In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carmela had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Carmela may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Peppino and Brigida Polese (Tedeschi); and her sisters, Lucy Mesiti and Frances Luke. She is survived by : her husband Richard Ferrante; her daughter Brianna Ferrante of Cranston; her stepson David Ferrante (Lauren) of Warwick; and her sisters, Rosina Casale, Maria Grimshaw of Cranston and Gaetana Sorvillo of Port Charlotte, FL.

A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (1525 Cranston St, Cranston, RI 02920).
