With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Caroline A. (Sarro) Solitro (Cranston, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2026 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband George Solitro; her parents, Dante Sarro and Lucy Sarro (Manzi); and her brothers, Joseph and John Sarro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lora Solitro of Cranston, Elizabeth Amadio (John) of Cranston, Christine Charette (Matthew) of Falmouth, MA and Georgia Solitro (Matthew Olney) of Scituate; her grandchildren, Thomas, Catelyn Charette, Isabella and Ava Amadio; and her sister Elaine Pezzullo of Johnston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Church.
