She is survived by: her children, William Melise of East Greenwich, Edward Melise of West Warwick and Nicole Melise of Cranston; her grandson Jordan Melise; her godson David Thistle of Pawtucket; her siblings, Freda Thistle of North Kingston, Nancy of South Carolina, Carrie Calise of South Carolina and Paul Calise Jr. of Warwick; and her pets, Taco and Bell.
