She is survived by: her spouse Carl; her parent Lydia Pazienza (Salvati); her daughters, Heidi Carla of Cranston, Holly Cinquanta of Cranston and Karla Cinquanta of Worcester, MA.; and her siblings, Teresa Rotondo of Cranston and Stephen Pazienza of East Greenwich.
