He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O'Hara and Ruth O'Hara (Barney); and his daughter Tess O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (O'Rourke); his stepchildren, Cheryl Chmura (Timothy) and Rocco Celletti (Heather); his children, Dawn O'Hara (William Choquette) and Jonathan O'Hara (Susan); and his grandchildren, Colin O'Hara (Jacklyn) and Andrea Curi (Omar).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ethel Salhany Memorial Endowed Scholarship at Rhode Island College in Ed's name.
