We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, at the age of 84, Emily A. (Reed) Torman (Cranston, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Emily find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Torman; her parents, Carlos Reed and Emily Reed (White); her stepfather Walter Adams; and her brother Carl Reed.
She is survived by: her child Robin M. Gerdin (Brian) of West Warwick; her grandson Cody J. Gerdin of West Warwick; her sisters, Barbara Wilsey of Florida and Mary LeDoux of Florida; and her siblings' child Star Amber Vaneckoute.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home, Inc. (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910).
