She is survived by: her children, John Pasqualucci, Jr. (Carrolyn) of Smithfield and Janet M. Hooper (Kevin) of North Providence; her grandchildren, Jo-Lynn Pasqualucci of Smithfield, Kevin S. Hooper, Jr. (Victoria Japhet) of Murfreesboro, TN and Lauren A. Hooper of North Providence; her great grandchild Jack David Hooper; and her caregiver Dr. Quinn.
