She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Farina, Sr.; her parents, Daniel Forte and Maria Forte (DiMuccio); Evelyn Forsyth. She is survived by: her son Dr. Joseph A. Farina, Jr. (Jayne Boisvert) of Warwick; her grandchildren, Timothy Farina (Danielle) of Hingham, MA and Mary Farina of Bozeman, MT; her great grandchildren, Julian and Kieran Farina; Lauren, Morgan and John Forte.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Mary's Church Memorial Fund, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston, RI 02920.
