She was predeceased by: her husband Armando F. "Gus" Lusi; her parents, Leopold Chapla and Helena Kendra Chapla (Markiewicz); and her brothers, Joseph Kendra, Edward Kendra and Leo Chapla.
She is survived by: her children, Armand T. Lusi (Leslie) of Warwick, RI, Susan H. Lusi of Washington, DC, John F. Lusi of Providence, RI, Joseph M. Lusi of Chepachet, RI and Michael A. Lusi of Johnston, RI; her granddaughters, Annie, Madeline, Amelia and Lilly; her great grandchild Armando; and her uncle John (Latrobe).
