We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to James G. Dolan Sr. of Cranston, Rhode Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Joseph and Ignatia Dolan (Garside); his daughter Cheryl A. Jamiel; and his brothers, Martin Dolan and Louis Dolan.

He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Ann Dolan (Potter); and his children, Marilyn Carlson (Leonard) of Seekonk, MA, James G. Dolan, Jr. (Trish) of Cary, NC, Kathi Clarkin (Dennis) of Cranston, RI and Bill Dolan of Narragansett, RI.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the Russell J Boyle and Son Funeral Homes (142 Centerville Rd, Warwick, RI 02886). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark Church (9 Garden St, Cranston, RI 02910). A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. Francis Cemetery (163 Smithfield Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
