It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo-An Parente (Cranston, Rhode Island), who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Plaistek and Wanda Plaistek; and her husband Robert A. Parente, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Parente (Armin Kososki), Robert Parente (Sue) and Peter Parente (Hope); her grandchildren, Laura, Melissa, Ryan, Lucy, Robert, Georgia and Henry; her great grandchildren, Roman, Lucy, Charlotte and Thomas; her sister-in-law Carolyn King; her sibling's children, Kurt King (Lisa), Jason King and Allison King (Svenja); and her close friend Bill Pyrczak.
