He was predeceased by: his parents, Orizio Iafrati and Anna Iafrati (Cambio); his wife Anna Iafrati (Moriconi); and his siblings, Joseph Iafrati, Antonio Iafrati, Gerald Iafrati and Anna Menna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Dail (Ronald) of Attleboro, MA and Maryann Carvalho (late Michael) of Cumberland. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
