With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Defusco Jr. of Cranston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 4, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeFusco and Bella DeFusco (Imondi). He is survived by: his wife Patricia DeFusco (Ryan); his children, John A. DeFusco III and Stacie A. DeFusco; his grandson Nicholas DeFusco; and his brother Thomas DeFusco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
