He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fox and Margaret Fox (Dolan); and his siblings, Mary Anne Kearney, Susan King, Francis Fox, Kathleen Conway, Margaret Theresa Casey, Rose Igoe and Bridget Finnie.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Barry); his children, Barbara of Arlington, MA, Ellen Davis (Jeff) of College Park, MD, Michael (Celeste) of Arnold, MD, John (Eileen) of Needham, MA and Peter (Carla) of Canton, MA; and his sister Josephine O'Reilly of England. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
