He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Anthony Migliaccio and Mary Migliaccio (Rozen); and his siblings, Loretta DiLuglio and Dr. Anthony Migliaccio. He is survived by: his wife Susan Migliaccio (Rankowitz); his children, Laura Migliaccio, Peter Migliaccio (Erika) and Jay Migliaccio (Mika); and his sister Sandra Migliaccio-Gasbarro of Lexington, MA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
