She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Fagan; her parents, John W. Scanlon and Ann F. Scanlon (Retkevicz); and her brother Daniel Scanlon. She is survived by: her children, John W. Walsh Jr. (Melissa), Patrick L. Walsh (Karen) and Katy S. Walsh; her stepchildren, Brian G. Fagan (Stephanie), Kevin C. Fagan (Karina) and Elizabeth A. White (Keith); her grandchildren, Shayne, Mackenzie, Julia, Aimee, Russell, John, Myriah, Isabelle, Lindsey and Lucas; and her siblings, John Scanlon, Timothy Scanlon, Rory Scanlon-Durst and Paula Balzano.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (237 Garden Hills Dr, Cranston, RI 02920).
