She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. DeSimone, Sr.; her parents, Arthur DeToro and Elizabeth DeToro (Corsi); and her children, Richard A. DeSimone, Jr. of Warwick, Sylvia R. Potter (Robert) of Coventry and Gina Marie DeSimone.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Samantha M. Potter, Erica C. Makin, Amanda C. DeSimone and Jordan Elizabeth Potter; her great grandchildren, Norah Mackenzie Makin and Reed Richard Makin; and her brother Arthur A. DeToro (Carleen) of New Hampshire.
