He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmo M. Votolato and Irma G. Votolato (Dufresne). He is survived by: his son Kenneth J. Votolato, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Lana Renzi of Cranston; his daughter Audra Tillson; his son-in-law Jack Hoogasian of Johnston; and his granddaughters, Olivia and Alyssa Tillson of Johnston.
