He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sargent (Cacchiotti); his son Brian Sargent of Newport; his grandchildren, Kaylin Brietzke (Zach) of Florida and Shea Sargent of South Kingstown; his great grandchildren, Zara and Zander Brietzke; and his pets, Maggie, Happy, African and Birdie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
