With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mabel C. (Lawson) Halvorson (Cranston, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her husband Harris L. Halvorson; her parents, Carl Lawson and Catherine Lawson (Dodge); and her brothers, John Dodge Lawson, Paul Lawson and Carl Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur L. Halvorson (Paula) of Manns Choice, PA, Cathy M. Ellingson (Walter) of Huntsville, AL, Philip H. Halvorson (Barbara) of Easton, ME and Charles A. Halvorson (Traci) of Easton, ME.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
