It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Burns of Cranston, Rhode Island, born in Endicott, New York, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard "Clyde" Burns; her parents, Gerardo Palombo and Michelina Palombo (Gammardella); her daughter Donna M Salvatore; and her brother Mario.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Archer (Bill) of Heathrow, FL and Rebecca Castriotta (Victor) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Jenifer Salvatore, Melissa Salvatore, Christina Castriotta, Lindsay Rodriguez, Alyssa Lang, Vittorio Castriotta III and Nicholas Castriotta; and her brothers, Paul, Richard and William Palombo. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
