She was predeceased by: her husband Dante Pennacchia; her son Carmine Pennacchia; and her great grandchild Penelope Montaquila. She is survived by: her children, Dante R. Pennacchia of Florida, Paula Montaquila of Providence, Michael Pennacchia of New York City and Susan Ruggieri of Charlestown; her sister Dorothy Caldarella; her grandchildren, Raymond Montaquila, Meredith Antonizio, Robyn and Gia Pennacchia; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Mia Antonizio and Raymond.
