He is survived by: his parents, Jack Capuano and Elaine Capuano (Saccoccia) of Cranston, RI; his children, Jaden Capuano and Kylie Capuano; the mother of his children Michelle Capuano of Cranston, RI.; his siblings, Jack Capuano, Jr. (Donna) of Bangor, ME, David Capuano (Lori) of Cranston, RI and Christine Cambio (Capuano) of Cranston, RI.; his siblings' children, Carissa Cambio, Max Mackay, Brittni Ruggieri, Adriana Nemec, Anthony Capuano, Christopher Cambio, Jr., Mia Cambio, Jaclyn Capuano, Wade Richard and Vera Richard; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tate Nemec, Ledger Mackay and Nicholas Ruggieri, Jr.; his pets, Rosie and Daisy; his father-in-law Wade; and also Rosie. He is also survived by his father and playing hockey with his brothers and cousins.
