Mary G. Greco Obituary
Mary G. (Ferreira) Greco, 92, of Cranston, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 24, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Armando A. Greco. Born in East Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cecelia (Kopke) Ferreira.
Mary worked for the Cranston School Department for many years before retiring.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Maryanne Turner and her husband Daryl of Cranston, Michelle Valletta and her husband Paul of Warwick; cherished grandchildren John, Gregory and Christopher Giroux and the late James Giroux, Jr, Kerri and Amy Valletta; great grandchildren Madalyn Chapo-Giroux, Wyatt, Elliana, Stella-Jaymes Giroux, Scarlet and Emma Meadows, and Valentina Valletta; siblings Martha Johnson, Cecelia Calore, Joseph Ferreira, and the late Lillian Medeiros and Sandra Ferreira. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS will be Tuesday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
