He is survived by: his mother Vilma Mendez (Archilla) of Johnston; his wife Jessica (Gonzalez); his siblings, Adolfo Robert Mendez (Melissa) of Warwick and Julissa Mendez of Johnston; his sons, Shane Mendez, Kaleb Mendez, Javier Mendez, Jonah Mendez and Reagan Mendez; and his stepchildren, Janell Garcia, Julissa Van, Luit, Jack Thorn and Jaela Thorn. He is also survived by his grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
