She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Fuller (Ladd); and her stepparent Roberts E. Fuller, II. She is survived by: her husband Jason DeMenezes; her father Kenneth Botelho of Johnston, RI; her stepmother Pam Cushing Botelho; her sons, Patrick DeMenezes and Nathan DeMenezes; her stepdaughters, Elizabeth Hyson and Catherine Furtado; and her siblings, Kenneth Botelho, Jr., Robin Neill, Donna Furlong and Roberts E. Fuller, III. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
