She was predeceased by: her parents, Obea Kate Garner and Lee Edward Garner; her siblings, Lee Ethel Smith, David Garner, Jack Garner, John Garner, Ron Garner and Don Garner; and her spouse Willie "Bud Ram" Ransom.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Dorsey of Altadena California, Elaine Garner, Connie McGee of Pasadena, Daniel Garner of Maryville, TN and Neil Garner of Marlin, Texas.; and her children, Gwendolyn Ilene Ivy of Maricopa Arizona, Clifford Eugene Goins of Cranston, RI, Stephanie Britto (Ed Britto, III) of Warwick, RI, William "Billy" Ransom (Karen) of Providence, David Ransom of North Providence, RI, Christopher Ransom (Monica) of Mesa, Kristina Ransom of Wakefield, RI and Joseph Durant of East Providence, RI.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
