He was predeceased by: his parents, Berge Kooloian and Agnes Kooloian (Fratus). He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Kooloian (DeLomba); his sisters, Annette "Tonie" Kooloian and Margaret Austin (Michael); his stepchild Kory Larney; his stepgrandchildren, Lilly, Ruby and Christopher; and his siblings' children, Michael Austin Jr. and Sacha Curtis.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in Oscar's memory to the American Diabetes Association (Diabetes.org) Would be appreciated.
