She is survived by: her sons, William Forte Jr. (Robyn) of Exeter, David Forte (Dawn) of Warwick and Gregory Forte (Josephine) of Scituate; her grandchildren, Ryan (Paige), Matthew (Vanessa), Jaime, David, Douglas, Makayla and Serena; her great grandchildren, Lea, Remy and Sienna; and her sibling Jean A. DiFusco (Richard).
