He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph E. Seabra and Dolores T. Seabra-Case (Charron); and his stepfather Robert Allen Case. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Trout of Wickford and James Joseph Seabra of North Providence; and his nephew Jonathan James Trafford-Seabra (Christopher P. May).
