With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert D. Armstrong of Cranston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Armstrong and Ann M. Armstrong (Coletti). He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Armstrong (Lyons); his grandchildren, Jillian Pullano (Scott), Bryan Rotondo, Alexis Florio, Jeffrey Degraide and Kayleigh Cousineau (David); his great grandchildren, Luca Pullano, Viviana Pullano, Ryan Degraide, Riley Degraide, Lydia Cousineau and David Cousineau; his siblings, Walter Armstrong and Debra Garzone; his son Thomas B. Armstrong; and his siblings, Henry B. Armstrong Jr. and Audrey Dominques.
