He was predeceased by: his father Henry Bell Sr.; and his brother Vernon Day. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Spikes; his children, Jordan Smith, Mariah Swanson, Robert Bell, Devon McGan, Ryan Bell and Rohan Bell; and his siblings, YulondaParker, Hank Bell, Lynne Bell, Henry Bell, Ken Bell, Kyle Bell, Vina Griffin, Luke Greene and Donna Washington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Viewing was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bell Funeral Home, Inc. (571 Broad St, Providence, RI 02907).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert Bell's honor to the Cranston East Thunderbolts Football Team, the Edgewood Eagles Football Program, or any other youth sports team that is near and dear to your heart.
