He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip D'Ambra and Mary D'Ambra; and his brother Philip L. D'Ambra. He is survived by: his wife Laureen D'Ambra; his children, Christine Monahan and James S. D'Ambra, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kameron, Elle and Preston; and his mother-in-law Genevieve LaPolla. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
