He is survived by: his wife Lesley Costantino (Empey) and their 14 year old daughter, Aviana and his parents, Gino Costantino and Anna Marie Costantino (Cioci); his brother Glen Costantino; his sister-in-law Natasha; his sister Laurie Costantino; and his nieces, Abigail and Alessandra Costantino. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
