Cushman (Sally) of Cranston; his grandchildren, David Cushman, Marissa Cushman, Talia Salera and Nicholas Salera; his great grandchildren, Angelo, Jayden, Jaslyn and Jayce; and his brother Clifford Cushman of Warwick.
