She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore A. Castaldi; her parents, Adolph Colaluca and Clara Colaluca (Pezzullo); and her siblings, Margaret Handy and Rudolph Colaluca.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Forand (late Robert Forand, Sr.) of North Scituate, Joan McKeon (Andrew) of Johnston and Karyn Castaldi of Johnston; her grandchildren, Melynda Johnson, Lisa Underwood (Michael), Robert Forand, Jr., Andrew McKeon, III (Stephanie) and Ryan McKeon; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Matthew and Kassidy.
