He was predeceased by: his parents, Agop Ayvazyan and Hermine Ayvazyan (Oztursucuyan). He is survived by: his wife Candace (Bozigian); his children, John, Christopher, Joshua (Jessica) and Ashley (Erik); his grandchildren, Chloe, Kiara, Anya, Talin, Dmitri, Valentina, Avedis, Victoria and Santino; his brother Dr. Herman Ayvazyan (Silva); his brother-in-law H. Kirk Bozigian (Terri); and his father-in-law George Bozigian. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
