We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 65, Vitorino Cabrita of Cranston, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Vitorino's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Vitorino has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding us through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Cabrita and Mariana Cabrita (Simoes); and his brother Manuel Cabrita. He is survived by : his wife Maria Cabrita (Trindade); and his children, Susie Cabrita-Cook (Shaun) and Nelson Cabrita. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (21 Traverse St, Providence, RI 02903).
