With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Smith of Cranston, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 27, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Smith and Florence A. Smith (Moore); and his siblings, Kelly Smith, Elston Smith and Florence Soderlund.
He is survived by: his friends, Ray Gelsomino and George; his daughter Jennifer Smith Braga (Michael); his grandchildren, Finlay and Evangeline Braga; and his brother Raymond Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either organization would be greatly appreciated.
