She was predeceased by: her husband Charles N. McGonagle; her parents, Michael McKenzie and Gladys McKenzie (Ladd); and her daughter Mary Lynn Flynn (Thomas Flynn) of Smithfield. She is survived by: her children, Jane Condon (Patrick) of Cumberland, Erin Flinn of Cumberland and Kathleen Carney (Paul) of Cumberland; and her brothers, Dale McKenzie (Joan) of Connecticut and Robert McMahon (Pamela) of Providence.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
