He is survived by: his children, Samuel Billings (Cassandra Billings) and Danirose Marandino (Michael Marandino); the mother of his children Janet Billings; his grandchildren, Robert and Ramsey Billings; and his siblings, Teddi Noonan and Fred Billings.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (261 W Wrentham Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
