He was predeceased by : his parents, Jean-Paul Lefrancois and Jennie Lefrancois (Zhawred). He is survived by : his wife Susan Lefrancois (Belleville); his son John Lefrancois of Plainville, MA; and his sisters, Jane Liard of North Smithfield and Joan Lefrancois of North Smithfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in David's memory be directed to Dr. Safran's Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund at The Miriam Hospital.
